Salon owners, here is a break down of my employee handbook that I used at my commission based salon. This is a guide to help your stylist understand your vision and mission for your business. Remember as the owner your team needs to understand what you expect of them. This should be available and in a binder at the salon. Also, give your new stylist a copy for their records. Simply download and make it your own. Take out what you don't like and add what makes since for you.
